Mike Mangini has probably been the biggest single influence on my playing, and I was extremely flattered when he asked me to help him write his Rhythm Knowledge books. Mike is living proof that the Rhythm Knowledge system can produce truly staggering results, and I guess my role is to prove that it can work for "mere mortals" too!
